LEGALITY OF HEMP CANNABINOIDS
The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
All of the material used to make DRIP Cannabinoids is derived from hemp that has been legally grown under the 2018 Farm Bill. This complaint biomass is then extracted and crystallized into CBD. From there, our patent pending conversion procedure gently manipulates the plant material into other natural cannabinoids.
Our finished products are all derived from compliant hemp and do not contain more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, making them all 100% legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Some of our products contain delta-8 THC along with others that may make you tired or drowsy. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Use of this product while pregnant or breastfeeding may be harmful. Consumption of this product impairs your ability to drive and operate machinery.
