The gummies are awesome. 1 of the 20 is enough to set the mood and take the edge off. Drop 2 for a fully mellow experience. Be patient if you are a beginner- it takes about 1 to 1/12 hours to digest and start flowing but well worth the wait and great when you want to (time it) to kick in with what your doing

Great product, strong, so I recommend starting out with a 1/4 of a gummy. A 1/4!takes the edge off, gives you a mellow relaxed feeling. Very pleasant. A 1/2 was quite a bit stronger and great if you really want to chill. Some folks may have a higher tolerance, but my husband is 185 lbs and the 1/2 did much more than take the edge off. Still a very pleasant experience. They taste great too! Green apple if the best
